Job Description

The HR Head for the Sales and Marketing Division is responsible for leading the human resources functions
within the division and providing strategic support to the Sales and Sales Development. This role involves
developing HR strategies tailored to Sales and Marketing teams of Corporate and Field. Will be working closely
with the SD and Sales Heads in areas related to field management, assessments, succession planning, and field
resource optimization.
Accountabilities
Divisional HR Strategy:
 Collaborate with the VP HR of the Group to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Sales and Marketing
division's goals and objectives.
 Ensure divisional HR initiatives complement the overarching company HR strategy.
Strategic Support to Sales Heads and Sales Development (SD) Head:
 Work closely with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to understand the HR needs of the field management team,
particularly in areas related to assessments, succession planning, and field resource optimization.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
 Oversee the recruitment and selection process for Sales and Marketing roles.
 Identifying ways to reduce attrition and providing support in faster fulfilment
 Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to identify and address talent management needs within
these teams, emphasizing career development and succession planning.
 Corporate S&M positions recruitment, onboarding and development.
Performance Management:
 Support, Monitor and Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to provide guidance on performance
matters and implement improvement strategies.,
 Collaborate with S&M HODs on Performance enhancement of Corporate team.
Employee Relations:
 Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to address employee concerns within field management
teams, facilitating prompt resolution and fostering a positive work culture.
Learning and Development:
 New recruit Induction process and getting ‘Cycle Ready’ quickly
 Identify training needs within field management and Corporate support roles, collaborating with stakeholders to design
and deliver targeted programs.
 Work with HODs to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement for these teams.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:
 Develop and maintain HR policies specific to roles in field management and support, ensuring adherence to legal
requirements and best practices.
 Collaborate with the SD Head to ensure consistent application of HR policies within these teams.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
 Collect and analyze HR data for field management and support teams, providing insights into workforce trends and other
relevant metrics.
 Position Management and Manpower expense management
 Collaborate with the SD Head to present divisional HR reports and recommendations.
Employee Well-being:
 Employee Grievance Management
 Implement well-being initiatives tailored to roles in field management and support, promoting a healthy work-life balance,

Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree,
training, or certification required)
 Post-graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource
Management or a related discipline
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of
technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or
specific exposure required)
 15+ years total experience with 7+ years in managerial
capacity, in Human Resource Management. preferably within
sales and marketing organizations.
LANGUAGE:  English, Hindi(communication) proficiency and At least 1 south
Indian language will be advantage
