Job Summary:<br /> Smart Vision Eye Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and proactive Company Camps Coordinator to lead and manage corporate and community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing eye screening camps and brand promotion activities to enhance corporate relations and business development.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Plan and Organize Corporate & Community Eye Camps: Identify potential corporate, residential, and institutional partners to conduct offline eye screening camps and health awareness programs.<br /> Corporate Communication & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR representatives, and local organizations to promote Smart Vision’s services.<br /> Brand Promotion & Awareness Activities: Implement strategies to increase brand visibility through camp initiatives, promotional events, and networking.<br /> Business Development & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert camp attendees into potential customers for hospital services.<br /> Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on Smart Vision’s eye care services, technology, and treatments to effectively communicate and educate clients during camps.<br /> Logistics & Execution: Ensure seamless coordination of camp logistics, including manpower, equipment, and promotional materials.<br /> Data Collection & Reporting: Maintain records of camp activities, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement and ROI measurement.<br />
