Job Summary

The Oracle OSM Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) solutions. This role will ensure that the integration of OSM with other systems is seamless, enhancing the company’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle OSM components.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for OSM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other enterprise systems.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing OSM implementations.
• Document technical specifications and user manuals for OSM applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle OSM development.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of order management processes.
• Experience with integration tools and frameworks related to Oracle applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional Oracle products, such as Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and services integration.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oracle OSM Developer with a proven track record of successful implementations.
