Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing applications using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define, design, and release new features.
• Work on bug fixing, performance tuning, and enhancing application functionality.
• Implement modern software development practices including Agile methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps principles.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to continuously improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Java Spring Boot: Strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.
• Microservices Architecture: In-depth understanding of microservices principles and implementation.
• React JS: Strong proficiency in React, component-based architecture, hooks, and state management.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Docker, AWS, and cloud-native development.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Python and its frameworks/libraries.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Version control with Git.
