Job Summary
As a member of the Founders' Office, the individual will work directly with the CEO on strategic and high-impact projects. This role involves conducting deep market research, analyzing competitive intelligence, identifying new growth opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving special initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities
- Market Research: Research and track industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify non-traditional partners and craft outreach strategies and messaging to foster collaborations.
- Collateral Development: Assist in developing collateral and messaging for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Lead special strategic projects, which may include fundraising support, functional support, public relations/media work, messaging, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis.
- SaaS Metrics Tracking: Implement and maintain processes, dashboards, and spreadsheets to monitor typical Software as a Service (SaaS) metrics and explore optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in management consulting firms - Mckinsey/ Bain/ BCG/Kearney.
- Market Exposure: Experience or exposure to working with the US market.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving open-ended problems.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient with spreadsheets, data analytics, and presentations; capable of translating numbers into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English.
- Proactive Attitude: Strong bias for action and ability to drive initiatives forward.
- AI Proficiency: Adept at using AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a global team across multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with the AI sector and security technology.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, or business development.
Environment
This role is based in Bangalore, India, and involves collaboration with a global team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
