Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation Leadership:

  • Spearhead the hospital's digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for technological advancements in healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the hospital's goals.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and solutions to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and administrative processes.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to optimize operational processes across various departments.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analysis of operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives.

Technology Integration and Innovation:

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to healthcare, such as telemedicine, AI-driven analytics, IoT applications, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies into existing systems and workflows to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and supporting staff in adopting new technologies and process improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, clinical, administrative, and executive leadership, to align digitization efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to leverage expertise and resources for digital initiatives.

Change Management and Training:

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and implementation of digital solutions across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their digital literacy and proficiency in utilizing new technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in MBA & Engineering. 7+ years of work experience with 2+ years of experience in a leadership role building digital products.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change.
