<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Bachelor's degree in MBA & Engineering. 7+ years of work experience with 2+ years of experience in a leadership role building digital products. </span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive organizational change.</span></span></span></p>
