● Strategic Planning and Analysis:
1. Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial
strategies and long-term business plans.
2. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business
growth, including scenario planning and risk assessment.
● Capital Management:
1. Manage the company’s capital structure, including equity,
debt, and working capital.
2. Oversee fundraising efforts and investor relations, including
preparation of financial materials and communication with
stakeholders.
● Compliance and Risk Management:
1. Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory
requirements.
2. Identify and manage financial risks, including those
associated with the real estate market and company’s
business model.
