HR Intern

Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the human resources department by assisting with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in HR to gain practical experience and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
