trade marketing will not form a part of this, it will sit with sales head role 
Performance marketing, modern formats of marketing is expected 
DGM is heading the marketing along with 5-6 members team. 
DGM will report to head of marketing 
Marketing Budgets - 12-15 crs on branding last year
As the co expand it will go up (30 crs approx.)
