Job Summary

The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and transforming business requirements related to the fulfilment process. This position is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring successful data migration from legacy systems, and supporting Sales and Service Cloud applications. The candidate will utilize their expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing to provide significant value to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements around the fulfilment process and suggest improved business and system processes.
• Validate and migrate data from legacy systems to the DX Salesforce system while supporting Sales and Service Cloud applications.
• Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for the Salesforce Order Management and Fulfilment capabilities to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee build activities to deliver integrated solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation for requirement specifications.
• Provide system administration support for customized Salesforce applications, including user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.
• Utilize knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and quote-to-order processes, including product setup, pricing, discounting, and quote templates.
• Maintain understanding of integrations with Salesforce.com using REST/SOAP APIs and SFDC integration.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of total professional experience, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working directly on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong foundation in domain knowledge, specifically related to fulfilment process implementations and integrations.
• Expertise in data migration and familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and customer focus.
• Familiarity with WebServices, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, and Assignment Rules including Advanced Approvals.
• Understanding of system integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SFDC integration.
• Experience with middleware and third-party integrations.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required, including substantial involvement with Salesforce implementations and platform expertise.
