Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead end-to-end growth for a high-growth consumer-facing platform. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall market expansion, with full ownership of growth strategy and P&L. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and product thinking, with proven experience scaling D2C, marketplace, or consumer tech businesses. This leader will manage acquisition across digital channels, optimize conversion funnels, and build strong retention and lifecycle programs while ensuring healthy unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS). Working closely with product, tech, operations, and brand teams, the CGO will unlock new growth levers, expand into new channels and markets, and build a high-performing growth team. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong experimentation mindset, ability to operate in fast-paced environments, and a track record of delivering sustainable, scalable growth.
