Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Marg Books

Location: Noida | Reporting to: Founders

About Marg Books: Marg Books is a high-growth cloud accounting platform entering an aggressive scale phase, targeting 10M+ customers, multi-country expansion, and category leadership.

Role Mandate: The COO will be the chief scale architect, responsible for driving large-scale growth, P&L ownership, and operational excellence across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hyper-scale customer acquisition across inside sales, field sales, and partner channels

• Own full P&L, driving revenue growth, margins, and strong unit economics

• Build and scale high-performance inside and offline sales engines

• Drive international expansion and market replication

• Establish strong market-to-product feedback loops

• Own marketing, CRM, lead management, and funnel optimisation

• Drive customer success, retention, and NRR

• Build scalable teams, second-line leadership, and training academies

• Implement operating systems, dashboards, and execution discipline at scale

Ideal Experience

• 15–20+ years in high-scale B2B/SMB SaaS, ERP, fintech, or platform businesses

• Proven track record of building large inside and field sales teams

• Experience scaling to millions of users/customers preferred
