Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
● Publisher Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new publishers that align with our platform and business goals.
● Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key publishing partners to maximize retention and revenue.
● Revenue Growth: Drive monetization through upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing existing partnerships.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective go-to-market plans and outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
● Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to publishers and digital media.
● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions for publishers and improve product offerings.
● Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting, performance metrics, and regular updates to senior leadership.
 
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, publishing, or ad tech.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong network of publisher contacts and experience negotiating complex deals.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Familiarity with ad monetization models (programmatic, direct-sold, affiliate, etc.) is highly desirable.
● CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, or affiliate networks.
● Understanding of SEO, content syndication, and audience development.
● Experience managing a small team is a plus.
