Job Summary

As the Growth Head at HumanBit, you will spearhead strategies to drive growth across all stages of the sales funnel, including top, mid, and bottom funnel initiatives. Your primary goal will be to optimize our customer acquisition strategies and ensure a robust return on investment (ROI). This role is pivotal in propelling HumanBit towards achieving its expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across all funnel stages.
• Lead and optimize top-of-the-funnel initiatives to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Drive mid-funnel engagement tactics to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
• Manage bottom-of-the-funnel activities to maximize sales and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to measure performance and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading successful growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategy.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the tech or innovation-driven sectors.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM software.
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in growth management with a strong track record.
