About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a Python Developer to join our client's high-performing team . This is a leadership-level remote role ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is capable of taking ownership from development to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical development across complex software projects with a strong focus on scalability and performance.

• Work hands-on with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to develop, deploy, and scale robust applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement critical features and functionality.

• Take ownership of solutions implemented by other team members and ensure successful production delivery.

• Drive best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and deployment.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience with proven leadership in technical roles.

• Strong expertise in Python development, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Deep understanding of building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise or consumer applications.

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and DevOps practices is a plus.

• Ability to iterate quickly and deliver in agile environments.

• Experience in Gen AI.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
