Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of proven expertise in IT/technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be adept at sourcing, screening, and closing niche technical roles across domains while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across multiple domains and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural alignment through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure high offer-to-joining conversion.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and MIS reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in IT services, product, or consulting organizations.
- Strong expertise in sourcing for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Data Engineering, QA Automation, Full-Stack, and emerging tech roles.
- Hands-on experience with job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Dice), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and onboarding processes.
Experience
- A minimum of 4+ years in technical recruitment.
Environment
- Location: PAN India. The role may allow for remote work or in-office collaboration, depending on the company's policies and candidate location.
