<ul> <li>Overall&nbsp;treasury&nbsp;management with timely availability of funds</li> <li>Update of daily fund position</li> <li>Planning and Forecasting of fund requirements with the CEO and the finance team</li> <li>Planning and Forecasting of repayments or principal and interest to be paid to lenders as per their timelines and working with the finance team to ensure the same.</li> </ul> <b>Banks &amp; NBFCs</b> <ul> <li>Overall relationship management</li> <li>Raising funds by borrowing from banks and NBFCs at competitive rates</li> <li>Raising funds by PTC, CP, NCDs, and other market instruments at competitive rates</li> <li>Negotiating credit terms and legal documentation</li> </ul> <b>Rating Agencies</b> <ul> <li>Credit rating management including all the required documentation</li> <li>Relationship management</li> </ul> <b>Mutual Funds, Investors, Investor Groups, Co-Lending &amp; Family Offices</b> <ul> <li>Raising funds from Mutual Funds, investors, investor groups and family offices will be an added advantage</li> <li>Negotiating investment/credit terms and legal documentation</li> <li>Relationship Management</li> </ul> <b>Regulatory &amp; Compliance</b><br /> Good understanding of the legal and compliance environment in India <div>&nbsp;</div>
