<div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<br /> &bull;<br /> Own the complete Flipkart Alpha business including revenue, margins, contributions, and payout accuracy.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage Alpha-specific workflows such as PO-based replenishment, RTV control, stock availability, GRN tracking, and SLA adherence.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build a plan and execute the same to drive off-take and profitability.<br /> &bull;<br /> Coordinate with Flipkart&rsquo;s Alpha Category Team for selection expansion, exclusives, event nominations, and additional visibility assets.<br /> &bull;<br /> Track daily dashboards for sell-through, traffic, conversion, ASP, competition pricing, and Alpha ad performance.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage ad budgets on Flipkart Ads (FLA) including CPC optimization, ROAS improvement, and campaign-level reporting.<br /> &bull;<br /> Ensure smooth operations across PO creation, cancellation prevention, inwarding, dispatch accuracy, and stock ageing management.<br /> &bull;<br /> Work cross-functionally with internal teams (supply chain, finance, creative, brand) to ensure Alpha SOP compliance.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Desired Candidate Profile:<br /> &bull;<br /> 3 - 5 years experience in e-commerce account management, with at least 2+ years on Flipkart Alpha.<br /> &bull;<br /> Strong understanding of Alpha processes: PO cycles, RTV, SLA scorecards, price governance, and catalogue hygiene.<br /> &bull;<br /> Proven ability to manage ₹1-2 Cr monthly sales with P&amp;L ownership.<br /> &bull;<br /> Hands-on expertise in Flipkart dashboards, pricing tools, and ad consoles</div>
