As the Growth Head, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for all digital commerce channels – D2C, eCommerce & qCommerce. This role combines growth strategy, performance marketing, marketplace management, and unit economics ownership. This role will work directly with the founders and lead a cross-functional team spanning performance marketing, marketplace operations and retention to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
