Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly

in complex hardware products requiring engagement across multiple sets of internal

+ external stakeholders. Startup experience is a plus.

• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, expertise in project management tools (e.g.,

Gantt charts), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage

and align multiple stakeholders.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electric vehicle systems, battery

technology, and charging infrastructure is a plus.
