Role Overview:

We are seeking an experience and Strategic minded Finance professional to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all the financial aspects of the company and ensuring sound financial management. You will work closely with the CFO and stakeholders to provide the financial insights, optimize resource allocation and drive the growth of the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, adhering to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Monitor trends and indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics to track financial health, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

 

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered accountant with proven track of 12+ years of experience in finance
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance
• The ability to build relationships, flex your communications and manage complex situations
