• We are looking for an experienced client servicing associate to handle all client inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally. • Reaching out to existing clients, engage the client, work on their briefs service their needs on ongoing basis. • Identify and network prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased revenue growth. • Build and maintain healthy business relations with new and existing clients, negotiate, close business deal ensuring high client satisfaction. • Understands the client brief, research and prepare client presentations, reports creation and implemented marketing plan for their brand recognition. • Make plans for upcoming campaigns, co-ordinate for operations and planning and ensure the execution of the same on time at Pan India level.
