Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies for Homeville Group. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Affordable Home Loan sector and involves close collaboration with management and business unit owners to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from the open market, developer channels, and connectors/Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
- Focus on affordable housing projects with a ticket size of up to 40 lakhs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the home loan sector.
- Basic knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Affordable Home Loan sector.
- Familiarity with sales management software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Experience
2-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the financial services or real estate industry.
Environment
Work setting is in-office, located in Bangalore, The role is full-time, requiring regular interaction with team members and clients.
Salary
Estimated salary range: ₹450,000 per annum.
