We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Design to lead our design team and drive the creative direction of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, a passion for sustainability, and a keen eye for emerging trends in the athleisure market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance innovative design with practical considerations of sustainability and functionality. Key Responsibilities • Stay ahead of fashion trends and incorporate them into the brand’s offerings. • Ensure all designs align with the brand’s sustainability goals and use eco-friendly materials and processes • Fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive product development. • Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and preferences, using these insights to inform design decisions. Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field. • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. • Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Preferred Qualification • Experience in the athleisure or activewear segment. • Knowledge of sustainable materials and supply chain management.
