Job Summary

As a Senior Principal Program Manager - AI Solutions, your role will be pivotal in defining and developing the AI strategy for our organization. You will drive a sustainable intake process for new AI experiments and work closely with AI experts and partners to execute AI projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions utilizing the latest AI and Generative AI technologies. Your focus will include driving productivity improvements, prioritizing use-cases and experiments, and fostering trust with internal and external stakeholders. You will also identify use-case trends to support features in our AI capabilities roadmap and ensure compliance with AI Governance and Responsible AI policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire lifecycle of AI programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and AI Governance standards.
• Evangelize and up-skill AI and Generative AI concepts across business and technology teams to promote Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and scope, integrating best practices from MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) and LLMops (Large Language Model Operations).
• Prioritize work in our AI Capabilities roadmaps and collaborate with other technical groups through Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Develop comprehensive program plans that include timelines, budgets, value release strategies, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program progress and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure successful delivery while leveraging integration capabilities like ModelOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, specifically in AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, Generative AI, MLOps, and LLMops.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Previous experience in supply chain digital transformation.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in AI solutions and program management, with a strong focus on driving strategic initiatives and project execution.
