<p>Position: HNI/UHNI/ Wealth Manager – Customer Interaction</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Experience: 5 to 7 years required in handling HNI/UHNI’s</p>

<p>Location: MUMBAI</p>

<p>Reporting to: Chief Business Officer</p>
<p> </p>

<p>We are looking for HNI’s/UHNI’s Wealth Manager who can contact HNI’s/UHNI’s over the phone and meet in person to establish and maintain a strong relationship with HNI’s/UHNI’s and acquire new HNIs/UHNI’s by introducing our products. The person should also be capable of developing business by up-selling, cross-selling, SIP/STP and rendering satisfiable customer service. </p>

<div>● Advising clients about financial products and services</div>
<div>● Determining the best strategies to meet clients’ financial goals and analyzing financial information from clients.</div>
<div>● Examining investment options to determine compatibility for client financial plans.</div>
<div>● Implementing wealth accumulation strategies and management strategies, which may include complex and sophisticated approaches to reach your life goals.</div>
<div>● Meeting Sales targets of Inflows.</div>
<div>● Establish and maintain stronger relationship with existing high net worth investors and thus generating business and references to meet the sales targets assigned.</div>
<div>● Efficient in making calls and meetings with high-net-worth investors.</div>
<div>● Achieve given targets on cross selling, upselling and SIP/STPs. </div>
<div>● Providing excellent customer service and helps investors with financial planning to the HNI’s/UHNI’s</div>
<div>● To handle portfolio of HNI/UHNI customers and cross sell various products according to clients need. </div>
<div>● Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria. </div>
<div>● Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio. </div>
<div>● Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio. </div>
<div>● Attrition control of customers </div>
<div>● Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets</div>
<div>● Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.</div>
<div>● Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback to improve the performance and develop future talent.</div>
<div>● Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.</div>
<div>● Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals.</div>
<div>● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management. </div>
<div>● Strong understanding of equity products and markets.</div>
<div>● Excellent Sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients.</div>
