Position: HNI/UHNI/ Wealth Manager – Customer Interaction
Experience: 5 to 7 years required in handling HNI/UHNI’s
Location: MUMBAI
Reporting to: Chief Business Officer
We are looking for HNI’s/UHNI’s Wealth Manager who can contact HNI’s/UHNI’s over the phone and meet in person to establish and maintain a strong relationship with HNI’s/UHNI’s and acquire new HNIs/UHNI’s by introducing our products. The person should also be capable of developing business by up-selling, cross-selling, SIP/STP and rendering satisfiable customer service.

● Advising clients about financial products and services
● Determining the best strategies to meet clients’ financial goals and analyzing financial information from clients.
● Examining investment options to determine compatibility for client financial plans.
● Implementing wealth accumulation strategies and management strategies, which may include complex and sophisticated approaches to reach your life goals.
● Meeting Sales targets of Inflows.
● Establish and maintain stronger relationship with existing high net worth investors and thus generating business and references to meet the sales targets assigned.
● Efficient in making calls and meetings with high-net-worth investors.
● Achieve given targets on cross selling, upselling and SIP/STPs.
● Providing excellent customer service and helps investors with financial planning to the HNI’s/UHNI’s
● To handle portfolio of HNI/UHNI customers and cross sell various products according to clients need.
● Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria.
● Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio.
● Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio.
● Attrition control of customers
● Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets
● Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
● Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback to improve the performance and develop future talent.
● Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
● Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals.
● Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management.
● Strong understanding of equity products and markets.
● Excellent Sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients.
