<p>Organization: Quantum Asset Management Company</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Department:&nbsp;Customer Interaction&nbsp;(Sales)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Position:&nbsp;HNI/UHNI/ Wealth Manager &ndash; Customer Interaction</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experience: 5 to 7 years required in handling HNI/UHNI&rsquo;s</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Location:&nbsp;MUMBAI</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to:&nbsp;Chief Business Officer</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for HNI&rsquo;s/UHNI&rsquo;s Wealth Manager who can contact HNI&rsquo;s/UHNI&rsquo;s over the phone and meet in person to establish and maintain a strong relationship with HNI&rsquo;s/UHNI&rsquo;s and acquire new HNIs/UHNI&rsquo;s by introducing our products. The person should also be capable of developing business by up-selling, cross-selling, SIP/STP and rendering satisfiable customer service. &nbsp;</p> <p>If you&#39;re a highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions, this is the role for you. Key skills include:</p> <div>●&nbsp;Advising clients about financial products and services</div> <div>●&nbsp;Determining the best strategies to meet clients&rsquo; financial goals and analyzing financial information from clients.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Examining investment options to determine compatibility for client financial plans.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Implementing wealth accumulation strategies and management strategies, which may include complex and sophisticated approaches to reach your life goals.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Meeting Sales targets of Inflows.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Establish and maintain stronger relationship with existing high net worth investors and thus generating business and references to meet the sales targets assigned.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Efficient in making calls and meetings with high-net-worth investors.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Achieve given targets on cross selling, upselling and SIP/STPs. &nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Providing excellent customer service and helps investors with financial planning to the HNI&rsquo;s/UHNI&rsquo;s</div> <div>●&nbsp;To handle portfolio of HNI/UHNI customers and cross sell various products according to clients need.&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Acquire new customers through referrals from existing customers who meet product criteria.&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Enhance the Overall value/book size of the portfolio.&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio.&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Attrition control of customers&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets</div> <div>●&nbsp;Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback to improve the performance and develop future talent.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management.&nbsp;</div> <div>●&nbsp;Strong understanding of equity products and markets.</div> <div>●&nbsp;Excellent Sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients.</div>
