2. People management is not as much required. 
3. People who are just trying to optimize salary by quick switching. Dont need someone who will stay for a year only
4. Who thinks not on tech tech, but also other views as well, smart person. some business and product idea
5. Someone who will start something on own
6. Dont want internal tool/migration guys
7. Not too fussed on pedigree but usually good pedigree candidates are smarter
