Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning and Execution

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development

• Create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs

• Write clear, detailed user stories and product requirements

• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Security experts to deliver scalable and

innovative identity solutions across provisioning, access governance, privileged

access, and SaaS identity lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) teams for positioning,

messaging, and enablement.

• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders

Product Performance Tracking

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products

• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Agile Process Management

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Help remove obstacles for the development team

• Own and drive the IAM and Security product strategy, roadmap, and execution

• Conduct deep competitive analysis across global IAM leaders and regional players to

identify differentiation opportunities.

Work closely with customers, prospects, and security practitioners to gather requirements,

validate pain points, and deliver features that solve real enterprise IAM challenges.

Define and track key product success metrics (adoption, retention, security compliance).

Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 5-10 years of product management experience with at least 2+ years in

Identity & Access Management (IAM), IGA, or Security SaaS products.
