Marketplace Ads Manager
Reporting to: Arman Ahluwalia, Head of Marketplaces (In-person)
Who We’re Looking For
A curious, hungry and multifaceted Marketplace expert who wants to grow with our
small but sharp team. We are looking for you to develop, implement, and optimize our
online marketplaces as a channel. You’ll be taking the lead, so we’d love if you have
the following skills:
● 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in meeting KPIs.
● Proficiency in Amazon advertising platforms (AMS, Sponsored Products,
Sponsored Brands) and third-party tools such as Helium10 and Amazon Pi.
● Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
What You’ll Do
In typical startup fashion, you’ll be wearing many di erent hats and learning a lot
along the way. Here are some things that we’d want you to help lead and execute:
● Manage, optimize and grow PPC campaigns across di erent marketplace
channels, with a focus on Amazon.
● Drive increased ad impressions and grow marketplaces ROAS by 50%.
● Sustainably increase ad spends to 2x of current spends while maintaining
profitability.
● E ectively allocate spend across marketplace channels and specific activations
within those channels to maximize results.
● Deliver impactful and actionable insights through research and data analysis
tools such as Helium10 and Amazon Pi.
● Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase
e ciency and e ectiveness.
About the Company
MyMuse (mymuse.in) is India’s first bedroom essentials brand, creating simple,
beautiful sexual wellness products, designed for easy intimacy. MyMuse was founded
by a husband and wife team: Sahil and Anushka Gupta. While at Harvard Business
School, Sahil (HBS MBA) spent time researching the Indian sexual wellness industry,
realizing that it was in desperate need of innovation and disruption. He joined hands
with Anushka, a former brand manager for WeWork India, to help build a brand that
puts design and user experience first. They believe that sex should no longer be a
