Marketplace Ads Manager<br /> Reporting to: Arman Ahluwalia, Head of Marketplaces (In-person)<br /> Who We’re Looking For<br /> A curious, hungry and multifaceted Marketplace expert who wants to grow with our<br /> small but sharp team. We are looking for you to develop, implement, and optimize our<br /> online marketplaces as a channel. You’ll be taking the lead, so we’d love if you have<br /> the following skills:<br /> ● 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in meeting KPIs.<br /> ● Proficiency in Amazon advertising platforms (AMS, Sponsored Products,<br /> Sponsored Brands) and third-party tools such as Helium10 and Amazon Pi.<br /> ● Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, algorithms, and best practices.<br /> ● Strong verbal and written communication skills<br /> What You’ll Do<br /> In typical startup fashion, you’ll be wearing many di erent hats and learning a lot<br /> along the way. Here are some things that we’d want you to help lead and execute:<br /> ● Manage, optimize and grow PPC campaigns across di erent marketplace<br /> channels, with a focus on Amazon.<br /> ● Drive increased ad impressions and grow marketplaces ROAS by 50%.<br /> ● Sustainably increase ad spends to 2x of current spends while maintaining<br /> profitability.<br /> ● E ectively allocate spend across marketplace channels and specific activations<br /> within those channels to maximize results.<br /> ● Deliver impactful and actionable insights through research and data analysis<br /> tools such as Helium10 and Amazon Pi.<br /> ● Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase<br /> e ciency and e ectiveness.<br /> About the Company<br /> MyMuse (mymuse.in) is India’s first bedroom essentials brand, creating simple,<br /> beautiful sexual wellness products, designed for easy intimacy. MyMuse was founded<br /> by a husband and wife team: Sahil and Anushka Gupta.
