Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services is responsible for providing Level 1 support in network management, focusing on incident management, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with IT service management standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of the organization's network infrastructure, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of IT services.

Responsibilities

• Handle Incident Management by tracking and updating the status of pending incidents and service requests, ensuring timely closure.
• Analyze and solve application-related problems using advanced network troubleshooting techniques within large geographically dispersed networks.
• Ensure ITSM compliance for all incidents and service calls, adhering to standardization codes and SLA requirements.
• Participate in Change Management processes, providing inputs and ensuring adherence to documented notification and escalation processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers during case responses and after resolution, ensuring clear updates and coordination with vendors.
• Maintain complete documentation of all activities related to incident management in the service/incident management tool.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years in relevant technology, specifically in L1 network support.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in LAN/WAN, IP Address Management (IPAM), and Load Balancers.
  • Strong understanding of Switching & Routing protocols and products like HP/Nexus Switches, F5 Load Balancers, and DWDM.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications:
  • CCNA or equivalent.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is desired.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with advanced network troubleshooting techniques and tools.
• Experience in data center LAN management and wireless technology protocols.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in L1 network support with a proven ability to learn and upgrade new technologies and technical skills.

• Work Type: Full-time.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,400,000.
