Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our software sales. This position focuses on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our B2B SaaS solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will help the organization achieve its sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales or inside sales.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the Mumbai market and local business landscape.
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools and metrics.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.

Environment

  • This position will be based in Mumbai, primarily in an office setting, with opportunities for remote work as needed.

Salary

CTC ranging from 8 LPA to 12 LPA.
