Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager to own and scale the end-to-end product experience across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website and app. This role focuses on building seamless user journeys, improving conversion, and driving product-led growth through data and experimentation. You will work closely with design, engineering, and analytics teams to build and optimize high-impact features.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for the D2C website and mobile app.
  • Improve key metrics like conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and user experience.
  • Own the end-to-end checkout journey to reduce drop-offs and improve payment success rates.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure effective product development.
  • Identify and optimize funnel drop-offs through the customer journey: homepage → product detail page (PDP) → cart → checkout.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and page load time.
  • Enhance product discovery, navigation, and the PDP experience to improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Drive AI-led initiatives aimed at improving personalization and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or eCommerce is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of owning product lifecycle from inception to scaling (0→1 / 1→N).
  • Experience working within agile methodologies alongside engineering and design teams.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, sales funnels, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on making decisions based on user data and insights.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Experience

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, particularly focused on D2C or eCommerce settings.
