<div>Job Title: SMe B2B- Non- Ecosystem Partnerships</div>

<div>Job Overview</div>
<div>1. The concerned will be responsible for building out the GTM strategy and on-boarding of partners to scale distribution and monetization through B2B alliances for ShemarooMe App.</div>
<div>2. He/she Will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a diverse portfolio of partners across categories, geographies and segments that includes payment partners, CTVs, handset manufacturers, ISPs, offline retail partnerships & others.</div>
<div>3. He/she will be responsible for firming up the contours of the engagement, partnership agreements and compensation model.</div>
<div>4. Will track, report, and optimize the performance of partners, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them swiftly.</div>
<div>5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide the requisite support for the partners to build a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.</div>

<div>Experience Required</div>
<div> 8-12 years of overall experience.</div>
<div> Experienced in building and managing alliances/partnerships for products.</div>
<div> Experienced in dealing with B2B Partners & managing distribution.</div>
<div> Understanding of the media industry & experience in executing tech & commercial partnerships will be of added advantage.</div>
<div> Experience in Business Development/Partnerships at an OTT company would be preferred.</div>
<div> Strong existing network of contacts amongst some of the following industries - mobile networks, OEMs, Payment Wallets, and ISP’s.</div>
