Job Summary

The SAP MM Software Analyst will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP Material Management (MM) module. This position is integral to ensuring the design, implementation, and support of SAP MM processes while promoting seamless integration with other SAP modules in the Manufacturing operations team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements effectively.
• Support and enhance procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Develop condition techniques for pricing in purchasing documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration points between Logistics Execution System (LES) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
• Conduct configurations and process design to optimize SAP MM functionalities.
• Identify gaps and issues, providing workarounds and solutions as necessary.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results to ensure clarity and effective communication.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on MM functionalities and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in SAP MM module with at least 2 years of experience in S/4 HANA.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing condition techniques for pricing.
  • Knowledge of integration points between LES and FICO.
  • Experience in configurations and process design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong functional knowledge of MM and end-to-end business processes.
  • Proficient in technical documentation practices.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and standards.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules that interact with MM.

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM, including substantial work with S/4 HANA.
