Profile:- E-commerce Marketing Manager

1. Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies to drive sales on
Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and Firstcry etc.
2. Analyze & adopt the market trends, competitors’ analysis, and work on Customer Behaviour.
3. Able to Manage all campaigns, their Optimization & Reporting on daily basis.
4. Manage the marketing budget and allocate each product lines efficiently to maximize ROI.
5. Must know about CTR, CVR, tacos, ntacos, ACOS, CPC, ROI etc.
6. Proven experience in maintaining the budget with Maximum Revenue.
7. Develop and build a system to alert campaign Out of budget, Getting ROI below benchmark.

Additional Requirements
- Well-versed with Google Sheets and knowledge of Excel's formulas
- A person should have strong analytical skills to play with data, draw projections and inferences, and
execute them.
- Must have teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, prioritization, team bonding,
fast learning, ownership, and communication skills.

Education Background:
- Any Graduate
- Experience: 2 years in the eCommerce industry with a similar role
- Logical thinking and mathematical ability to work with figures without compromising on accuracy
