Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KYC Procedures:

    • Evaluate and understand Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Verify customer identities and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  2. Legal Documentation:

    • Review and interpret legal documents related to financial transactions and customer agreements.

    • Coordinate with legal teams to address any discrepancies or issues.

  3. Loan Functioning and Charges:

    • Understand the fundamentals of loan processing, including charges, interest calculation, and repayment schedules.

    • Assist in the management of loan accounts, ensuring accurate application of charges and interest.

  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize Excel skills to manage and analyze data related to operations, including customer information and loan details.

    • Perform data reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across various records and systems.

    • Prepare and present reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.

  5. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline operations.

  6. Customer Interaction:

    • Address customer queries related to KYC, documentation, and loan processing.

    • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of KYC procedures, legal documentation, and loan functioning.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including data entry, formula application, data reconciliation, and basic data analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a financial services or NBFC environment.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of financial software or CRM systems.
