Description: The candidate must have at least 10+ years of overall customer success experience. We are looking at Smart, Entrepreneurial and Self - Driven Enterprise Customer Success Leaders. Responsibilities: ● Focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. ● Driving customer lifetime value by defining the customer journey; deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities ● Partnering very closely with our sales teams to engage with leaders at prospective customers and existing customers to define goals and leverage our products and services to achieve them. ● Be responsible for meeting revenue targets and the costs associated with it ● Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and references ● Manage the existing Customer Success teams and help them hit their annual targets for renewals, upsells and references ● Lead the hiring effort at Leegality for the next generation of customer success team members ● Be an excellent coach and mentor to existing teams and help build processes for scale Requirements: ● At least 10 years of overall work experience. ● At least 3 years of experience in managing a large team. ● Ability to manage both at the strategic and operational levels ● This role will be based out of Mumbai or Gurgaon or Bangalore and will involve frequent travel within India to meet customers. ● The position reports to the Co-Founder/Head of Business
