Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:<br /> •<br /> Sales of value added dairy products (Example – Paneer, milk, curd, SMP , Ghee and Khoa) for HoReCa, Institution and other channels as per management discussion<br /> •<br /> Pre & Post – Sales activities include cold and planned call, do a bridge activity between company and customer. Proposal making and sharing with customer. Convert leads into purchase order, payment collection, co-ordination with internal team for smooth operation.<br /> •<br /> Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.<br /> •<br /> Maintain and develop customer and prospect database.<br /> •<br /> Respond to and follow up enquiries raised by customer.<br /> •<br /> Appoint, lead, train and execute team responsibilities which is required with management approval.<br /> • Actively seek and implement opportunities to expand the distribution network.<br /> •<br /> Help other business team members to optimize plant operations by bringing more margin friendly deals, increase revenue and overall margins for MPP and cluster.<br /> •<br /> Identify, substantiate, and develop long shelf products (Like UHT, ESL, SMP, Butter) market.<br /> • Work in tandem with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns and develop localized promotional materials.<br /> • Ensure prompt resolution of any channel-related issues and maintain strong relationships with key customers.<br /> •<br /> Carry out market research, competitors’ information.<br /> •<br /> Knowledge: MS Office, Aware about dairy business chain, distribution network
