You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

• Take ownership of backend engineering depth across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of distributed systems across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of api & database design across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of code quality & testing across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of ownership across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Fintech or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in backend engineering depth, distributed systems, api & database design.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
