Accounts and Finance: &bull; Maintaining the accounts, preparation, and finalization of quarterly and annual balance sheet. &bull; Managing the accounting of all day-to-day transactions of sales, purchases and other payments. &bull; Preparation of financial MIS for management. &bull; Handling the statutory and internal audits. &bull; Managing the cash flow of the company. 2. Statutory Compliances: &bull; Ensuring timey compliance related to GST, TDS, Income tax and other applicable laws. &bull; Assist in handling tax litigations. &bull; Provide support for secretarial compliances. 3. Internal Controls: &bull; Ensuring all internal controls are well placed in the company. Educational Qualification and Experience: Graduation in any field + CMA or CA Level 2 with 5-8 years of experience in accounting. Exposure to taxation will be preferred.
