<p>About Jio BlackRock: In July 2023, BlackRock and Jio Financial Services Limited (JFS) announced an</p>
<p>agreement to form Jio BlackRock, a 50:50 joint venture that combines the respective strengths and</p>
<p>trusted brands of BlackRock and JFS to deliver tech-enabled access to affordable, innovative</p>
<p>investment solutions for millions of investors in India.</p>
<p>The ambition is to become market leader in asset management industry by 2030. According to</p>
<p>estimates from the Association of Mutual Funds in India, assets under management of Indian mutual</p>
<p>funds doubled to INR 44.39 trillion (USD 542 billion) in the five years to June 2023.</p>
<p>Jio BlackRock brings BlackRock’s deep expertise and talent in investment management, risk</p>
<p>management, product excellence, access to technology, operations, scale, and intellectual capital</p>
<p>around markets, while JFS contributes local market knowledge, customer reach, digital infrastructure</p>
<p>capabilities and robust execution capabilities.</p>
<p>Together, the partnership will introduce a new player to the India market with a unique combination</p>
<p>of scope, scale, and resources. JFS and BlackRock are targeting initial investment of US$150 million</p>
<p>each in the joint venture.</p>
<p>The joint venture will have its own management team and will launch operations post all regulatory</p>
<p>and statutory approvals. The approval process for license is in progress and expected to come in next</p>
<p>9-12 months</p>
<p><b>Institutional Sales - RM</b></p>
<p>The job would require the candidate to meet clients, understand their financial/investment</p>
<p>objectives & risk appetite and recommend appropriate products.</p>
<p><b>*Objective*</b></p>
<p>• Responsible to increase the current institutional market share from assigned relationships in</p>
<p>both Fixed Income and Equity</p>
<p>• Manage relationship with existing Large, Mid & Small Corporates & Institutions</p>
<p>• Acquire new clients</p>
<p>• Conduct meetings with clients/institutional brokers, understand their needs, and suggest</p>
<p>appropriate products</p>
<p>• Update clients with the latest market developments and fund house view regularly</p>
<p>• Leverage on MIS and other market data for effective sales</p>
<p>• Observe competition, clients and share timely feedback to the team</p>
