Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at Upciclo, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable products to corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B sales, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and making a positive environmental impact, offering the chance to contribute directly to Upciclo’s mission of mainstreaming sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Effectively present and promote Upciclo’s range of sustainable products to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide market feedback to sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Represent Upciclo at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of proven B2B field sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Kannada is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region and work independently.
- Interest in sustainable products and the green industry is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead nurturing and customer relationship management.
- Strong sales strategy and planning capabilities.
- Familiarity with the sustainability sector or eco-friendly product sales.
- Multilingual abilities, especially Kannada.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant B2B field sales experience required.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred in a similar sales role, particularly within the sustainability or green products industry.
Environment
- Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
- Location: Upciclo, 3rd floor, 7th main, #963, 24th Cross Rd, MCECHS Layout, Dr. Shivaram Karanth Nagar, Sampigehalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077.
- Frequent regional travel for client meetings and events.

Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Competitive salary with performance-based incentives).
