Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles. Your expertise in managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes will be critical to ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for IT roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source potential IT talent using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes and technical skills, conduct preliminary screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize technical and HR interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback and seamless scheduling.
  • Negotiation and Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding formalities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates and recruitment analytics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skills.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting is a plus.
