Job Summary

As the Director of Technology Innovations, you will leverage cutting-edge technology to manage and inspire groundbreaking projects. This role is pivotal in identifying, organizing, and driving high-potential initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that transforms ideas into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Collaboration: Inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, boldness, and collaboration. Communicate progress regularly and promote risk-taking and innovative thinking.
• Innovation Management: Lead the transformation of ideas into Proofs of Concept (PoCs), Proofs of Value (PoVs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Project Organization: Identify and prioritize high-potential projects, maintaining transparent visibility of ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
• Technology Utilization: Explore and leverage technology stacks, including OpenAI, Databricks, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to drive advancements.
• Outcome Sharing: Establish processes to document and share project outcomes, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure collaborative success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology innovation and project management.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in technology stacks such as OpenAI, Databricks, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology innovation and project management.
