Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will own Tyroo's brand narrative and establish it as the partner-of-choice for ad monetization in the APAC region. This role combines brand leadership, product marketing, and revenue enablement, requiring expertise in both the business of advertising and storytelling.
Responsibilities

Master Brand Ownership
- Define and evolve Tyroo's master brand positioning as an APAC-first AdTech platform.
- Own brand identity and messaging across markets, channels, and touchpoints.
- Drive top-of-funnel visibility among publishers, platforms, and advertisers.

PR & Communications
- Build strategic PR narratives around Tyroo's partnerships, growth stories, and product innovations.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media, and analysts.
- Shape executive visibility and thought leadership in key markets.

Content & Insights
- Lead the development of high-impact content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and product explainers.
- Build and scale Tyroo's owned media (LinkedIn, newsletters, blog).
- Collaborate with insights/analytics teams to convert data into compelling marketing stories.

Events & Activations
- Drive participation and presence at key industry events (APAC, India, SEA).
- Conceptualize and execute proprietary Tyroo activations or roundtables for publishers and marketers.
- Collaborate with the sales team on field marketing programs.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Partner with product and commercial leads to develop go-to-market narratives for Tyroo's products (CTV, Affiliate, Retail Media, etc.).
- Create collateral, pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies to assist sales.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and refine positioning for different offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–12 years of experience in marketing roles at media, tech, or digital-first B2B companies.
- Field Expertise: Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the AdTech, MarTech, or Media Monetization sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of publisher platforms, advertising sales, and monetization mechanics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of brand storytelling.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives (e.g., product + sales + content).
- Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building central brand functions that support multiple product streams.
- Prior involvement in PR agencies or content-first roles.
- Experience working with APAC or global teams.
Experience
8–12 years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on the AdTech or digital marketing sectors preferred.
Environment
- Work Setting: 100% on-site/in-office, requires travel to global offices.
