performance analytics
Location: Mumbai. Office is in Sakinaka, Andheri East
Remote Work: This is an in-office role by default. WFH possible on a case-to-case basis. CTC: ₹16 -18 LPA, depending on experience and skills

And now, we’re ready to scale that brand love even further—through smart, memorable, and well-placed media. That’s where you come in.
The Role: Brand Building Media Lead
We’re looking for a hands-on media lead who knows how to place the right message, in the right format, in the right place—and make sure it gets seen and remembered
What You’ll Own:

● Leading end-to-end media strategy across platforms—Instagram, YouTube, OTT, programmatic, and emerging

● Crafting and executing sharp, insight-driven brand media campaigns (non-performance, upper-funnel, awareness-building)

● Collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams to ensure media and messaging sing in harmony

● Owning media buying directly or through partner agencies—across video, static, influencer, and branded content formats

● Tracking, optimising, and reporting campaign impact with precision (because what gets measured... etc.)
Must Have:

● Prior experience in brand media planning and execution (agency or brand side)

● Ability to distill a creative or business brief into a tight, impactful media plan

● Strong understanding of digital media formats, targeting, and placements across Meta,
YouTube, OTT, etc.

● Budget ownership and accountability mindset—you're comfortable spending every rupee
like it’s your own
Good to Have:
● Experience scaling D2C or challenger brands
● Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or anyOTT ad platforms
● Passion for content and storytelling—you get excited by a great hook and a killerplacement
● Curiosity for performance media (though this isn’t a performance marketing role)
