Oracle CPQ Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the Quote to Cash and CRM to ERP cycles to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Your contributions will play a critical part in enhancing our clients' processes and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Quote to Cash processes, focusing on CPQ for product configuration, rules, and pricing setups.
• Develop and implement advanced BML queries, formulas, BOM, and price book functionalities.
• Configure ATO (Assembly to Order) and PTO (Configure to Order) models and integrate with ERP fulfillment systems.
• Collaborate with clients on Salesforce, OSC, and CRM integrations to meet their specifications.
• Conduct a minimum of two implementation cycles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
• Engage with customers to discuss their needs and provide clear solutions to their problems.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-10 years in relevant roles with a strong functional background in Oracle CPQ.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Functional Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Quote to Cash and CRM to ERP cycles.
  • Strong background in CPQ functionalities, including product configuration and price setups.
  • Proficient in advanced BML, formulas, and BOM setup.
  • Familiarity with ATO/PTO model configurations.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with an onshore-offshore team structure.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ABO (Agent Build Order) functionality.
• Experience in handling complex customer requirements using BML.

Experience

• Must have 4-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle CPQ consulting and related implementations.
