Job Summary
The HR role will involve managing full-cycle recruitment and HR operations for the organization. With a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, the HR professional will contribute to building a dynamic workforce that supports the company's goals and culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Support HR operations, focusing on employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility in the job market.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline HR processes and practices.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data management techniques to track recruitment metrics and support workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of direct experience in HR recruitment is required, particularly in non-IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment functions, and practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and document management practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
Experience
2-4 years of relevant HR recruitment experience focused on non-IT sectors.
Environment
This is a full-time role based in Bangalore. The position requires in-office work from Monday to Friday.
Salary
Estimated salary range of INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 per annum.
