Role Overview The Supply Head – Driver Compensation, Hiring & Retention will lead the end-to-endstrategy and execution for driver lifestyle management across our 4-wheeler EVcorporate fleet. This role is mission-critical in ensuring driver availability, engagement, productivity, andlongterm retention while maintaining cost efficiency and service reliability. You will design compensation structures, drive large-scale hiring, improve retention metrics, andbuild scalable systems to support multi-city expansion. Key Responsibilities: Location: Bangaluru HO Experience Required: 15 - 17 yrs Department: Operations Company: Lithium Urban Technologies. 1. Driver Hiring & Onboarding  Develop and execute scalable driver acquisition strategies across cities  Build sourcing channels: vendor partnerships, referrals, field hiring, digital platforms  Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, compliance, and training  Maintain strong hiring funnel metrics (cost per hire, TAT, joining ratio) 2. Compensation & Incentive Design  Design competitive and sustainable driver compensation models  Structure incentive programs linked to utilization, safety, and service SLAs  Monitor payout accuracy and transparency  Balance driver earnings satisfaction with company unit economics 3. Retention & Engagement  Develop structured retention programs to reduce attrition  Implement engagement initiatives and grievance redressal mechanisms  Analyze attrition drivers and implement corrective actions  Build loyalty and performance recognition frameworks 4. Performance & Productivity Management Human Resource Confidential  Monitor driver utilization, attendance, and compliance metrics  Improve fleet uptime through proactive supply management  Collaborate with Operations and City Heads to meet SLA targets 5. Process & Systems  Implement data-driven dashboards for supply performance tracking  Standardize SOPs across cities  Leverage technology for automation of payouts and attendance tracking Key Metrics (KPIs)  Driver hiring TAT & cost per hire  Driver attrition rate  Utilization & trip fulfillment rate  Incentive cost vs revenue benchmarks  Driver satisfaction scores Qualification Any Graduate from a reputed A/B-Class institute Experience  8–12/ 15 - 17 years of experience in fleet operations, mobility, logistics, gig workforcemanagement, or large blue-collar workforce handling  Proven experience managing 500+ driver base preferred  Strong background in compensation structuring and retention strategy Skills & Competencies  Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability  Deep understanding of blue-collar workforce dynamics  Negotiation and stakeholder management skills  Strong operational execution capability  Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment What We Offer  Opportunity to lead supply strategy in a fast-scaling EV mobility company  High ownership and leadership visibility  Career acceleration in one of India’s fastest-growing sectors  Direct impact on business growth and service excelle
