Job Summary
Talent Grid is looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented professional to help build and grow our creative ecosystem. The role involves identifying and onboarding high-quality agencies and creative talent, nurturing industry relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping establish Talent Grid as the preferred platform for brands and creative partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Understand client business objectives and challenges, and translate them into actionable strategies using our software solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage and adoption within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and case studies to showcase client success stories.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, brand management, or agency servicing.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or creative talent.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Highly presentable, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for advertising, creativity, and the marketing ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Understanding of the creative industry landscape and current trends.
Experience
- 3-5 years in relevant fields such as advertising, marketing, media, brand management, or agency servicing.
